- Formation of an European scientist network
- Exchanges between partners to share knowledge and facilities (opportunities to spend several months at a partner location)
- Training weeks and short courses to develop our skills (from communication and writing skills to a deep improvement of our knowledge about the subject)
- A salary equivalent to what young engineers earn in the private sector
It is a mind opening project. By investigating the problem from different perspectives, we got an expanded view especially about water problematic.
